In order to make a group registration, please send an E-mail with an excel sheet with all the participants' names together with your postal address and contact details. Please note that we need the complete individual addressees (hospital, department, street name and number, postal code, city) of each participant. Participants, in order to register for the Congress should return the enclosed registration form. Please note that reduced fees only apply, if both registration form and payment are received by December 14, 2007

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of fees, less 20% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing up to January 14th 2008, to the Organizing Secretariat. After this date no refund will be possible. For any change of registered participant (name changes), a fee of 30 € will be charged. On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and / or address data will be charged with 10 €.
